Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews client Retirement Plan Rules and other relevant documents to accurately set up client accounts in the in-house system.
• Requests, collects, validates, and organizes electronic data from clients.
• Processes employee account transactions and updates on a regular basis.
• Analyzes fund statements and distributes gains/losses as necessary on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
• Prepares benefit computations for withdrawals, separations, retirements, and payouts.
• Reconciles local system balances against retirement fund balances regularly.
• Generates reports, summaries, and statistical data requested by clients or management.
• Maintains accurate filing and archiving of documents and electronic records.
• Coordinates with clients regarding data clarifications and transaction concerns.
• Supports implementation and onboarding activities for new clients.
• Assists in preparing customized client reports and analysis.
• Attends client meetings, orientations, and training sessions as needed.
• Coordinates with internal teams regarding operational requirements and deadlines.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and service level timelines.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives and operational documentation updates.
• Reviews benefit computations as needed.
• Performs other tasks as required by your immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Management Accounting, and other related courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of Retirement Plan Administration is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills.
• Must have the ability to work individually and within a team.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog, both written and oral.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Has the ability to multi-task.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City whenever needed.

Work Arrangement

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hours per day
• Hybrid Setup – Onsite once a week (Makati)
