Data Analyst

This role requires a strong grasp of production processes and methodologies to execute Shareholder Identification Reports. The analyst will assist the operational lead in organizing and scheduling projects, managing disclosure requests, and producing client reports. Responsibilities also include liaising with intermediaries, conducting research, mapping disclosure responses, and handling basic client administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare end‑to‑end Shareholder Identification Reports, including data collection, analysis, and final report generation.
• Issue disclosure requests and coordinate with intermediaries during outreach.
• Conduct share registry analysis across multiple stock exchanges.
• Identify institutional shareholders through research and analysis of bank/broker data, investment manager information, and public filings.
• Map disclosure responses with accuracy and judgment, applying custom solutions where required.
• Provide project status updates and coordinate with global teams.
• Support operational scheduling and project organization.
• Handle basic client administration tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience preparing shareholder identification reports, including data collection, analysis, and final report generation.

• Strong analytical and research skills with proven attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience liaising across stakeholders.

• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
