Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools. This role involves working with various data sources, developing dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes to help drive organizational success.

Duties

• Utilize data analytics tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from SQL databases and other sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Perform Excel data analysis using formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features to identify trends and patterns.
• Implement business intelligence solutions to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Integrate data management workflows using tools like Go High Level, Webhooks, APIs, Zapier, and SOS to automate processes and streamline data flows.
• Create and optimize Excel formulas for efficient data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
• Support the development of web-based applications or integrations that enhance data accessibility and usability.

Skills

• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong experience in data visualization techniques and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of API integrations, Webhooks, Zapier automation, and Go High Level platform functionalities.
• Ability to manage large datasets effectively using SQL databases.
• Expertise in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with data management best practices and automation tools like SOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to present complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
