Data Analyst – Intermediate / Senior

Job Summary

We are looking for Intermediate and Senior Data Reporting & Analytics professionals to join a data-driven team focused on transforming complex information into actionable business insights.

Depending on your level of experience, you will support or lead data-informed decision-making, develop and automate reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, analyze data across multiple sources, and build analytical and statistical models. This opportunity is open to professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience, as well as highly experienced profiles with up to 10+ years of experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Develop, implement, and automate reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
• Gather, query, merge, extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and validate analytical and/or statistical models to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into analytical solutions, and communicate findings through compelling reports and presentations.
• Define and calculate key metrics and perform descriptive, correlational, inferential, and/or predictive analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, operational efficiencies, and overall business performance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Science, or a directly related field. Candidates with 5–10+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply and may be considered for more senior opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Experience with data extraction, data analysis, and data visualization .
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL .
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights with business operations and decision-making.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open-source analytical/programming tools such as Python .
• Experience with Databricks .
• Experience developing or working with analytical and/or statistical models.
• Understanding of healthcare operations is a plus.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is valued for more senior-level opportunities.
