Job Description:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in BFSI or FinTech domain).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and familiarity with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Pivot tables).
• Exposure to Python / R for data analysis and automation (nice to have).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working on GenAI/Agentic AI is added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Exposure in Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to define data requirements.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support the design of data models and contribute to building analytical frameworks.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses and present findings to business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
• Document data sources, logic, and methodologies to maintain transparency and consistency.
