Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc business reports.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with business, product, finance, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy is an advantage.
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Good knowledge of data cleaning and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building interactive Power BI/Tableau dashboards.
• Knowledge of Python-based data analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud databases and data warehouses.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Knowledge of basic machine learning concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
