Data Analyst

Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Diamond & Jewellery industry experience to manage end-to-end business data analysis, MIS and BI dashboards. The role will convert company data into actionable insights for management across production, costing, sales, performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse end-to-end company data covering Production, Performance, Sales, Costing and P&L.
• Prepare customer-wise, order-wise, product/area-wise business MIS and profitability analysis.
• Analyse department-wise costing, overall costing, productivity, efficiency and performance trends.
• Track and analyse diamond rates, scraping/scrap data and their impact on costing and profitability.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Advanced Excel.
• Identify past trends, business gaps and future trends/forecasting to support management decisions.
• Present clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3–6 years of relevant experience; Diamond & Jewellery industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS and dashboarding.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and Tableau; DAX/data modelling is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MIS, costing, production data, profitability and business analytics.
• Ability to independently handle large datasets and convert numbers into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. Qualification Graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Commerce, Management, IT or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
