Data Analyst

• Monitor data from multiple sources to ensure ongoing data accuracy and reliability, identifying inconsistencies and escalating issues for resolution
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and retrieve data efficiently from relational databases to support reporting and analysis
• Design and maintain database tables and Excel-based data upload tools to capture additional management-required information to meet operational reporting needs
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, generate insights, and support business decision-making through reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance tools and processes that improve operational efficiency and adapt to evolving system requirements
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and usage of analytical tools, dashboards, and processes
• Review and enhance data warehouse structures by identifying improvement opportunities and maintaining a backlog of ideas to improve data usability and efficiency
• Maintain organized and up-to-date knowledge sharing platforms and file repositories, ensuring standardized documentation, accessibility, and efficient platform management to support collaboration

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong foundation in SQL, Excel, MS Access, statistics, and data visualization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess good communication skills and bilingual in English Language & Mandarin due to work associates
