Job OverviewWe are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial operations and data systems. You will be responsible for evaluating business data, maintaining and customizing ERP workflows (specifically Odoo), building interactive Power BI reports, and identifying key business insights through trend analysis and pattern recognition.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP & Systems Customization (Odoo)

• Support, maintain, and analyze core functional workflows within the Odoo ERP system.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and modifications in existing modules.
• Assist in evaluating, testing, and integrating new Odoo modules and functional enhancements.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI.
• Conduct trend analysis and pattern recognition across financial and operational datasets to identify business opportunities, risks, and process gaps.
• Deliver rapid, accurate ad-hoc reporting and analytics to support executive management and department heads in strategic planning.

Finance & Operations Analytics

• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams to streamline ledger data, operational metrics, and financial reporting workflows.
• Conduct data validation and audits to ensure high standards of data integrity and consistency across all system modules.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience or familiarity with Odoo ERP functions, module structures, and workflow modifications.
• BI & Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, DAX queries, and visual storytelling.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability in trend analysis, variance analysis, pattern recognition, and gap analysis.
• Database & Querying: Solid understanding of SQL and data manipulation languages (Python/R is a plus).
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core accounting and financial processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Budgeting) is a major advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
