Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can transform raw business data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, and experience working with data, reports, dashboards, and business metrics. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, business reports, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports for management and internal teams.
• Develop automated reporting systems using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or other relevant tools.
• Extract and manipulate data from databases and other business systems.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Track and analyze key business and operational KPIs.
• Generate actionable insights and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with different departments to understand their reporting and data requirements.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing reporting processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes.
• Support management with data-driven analysis for business planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups, charts, and dashboards.
• Ability to work with large datasets accurately and efficiently.
• Good understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
