Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. You'll be the person who turns raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions across the organization. If you love digging into data, spotting patterns others miss, and telling stories with numbers, this role is for you.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Owning end-to-end data analysis: collect, clean, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translating business questions into analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders across teams.
• Identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities hidden in the data.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver on tight timelines.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Presenting findings to leadership in a simple, compelling, decision-ready format.

Ideal candidate will have

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related role.
• Strong command of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills you can explain complex data simply.
• Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and warehousing concepts.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth setup.
