Data Analyst

GWON Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, organize, clean, analyze, and maintain company data. The candidate will prepare reports, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide accurate information to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain company data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
• Maintain accurate and updated records.
• Check data for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
• Prepare Excel reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Track KPIs and department performance.
• Analyze customer, property, marketing, and operational data.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data cleaning.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or SQL is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information.

Preferred

• Certification in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Business Analytics.
• Experience in MIS, reporting, CRM, business analysis, property management, or real estate data is an advantage.
