DATA ANALYST

Job Summary

The Data Analyst will support the Commercial - Sales, and Marketing teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate actionable insights. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, developing reports and dashboards, and providing analytical support to improve sales performance and decision-making within the organization.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop dashboards, charts, and reports to support the Commercial Team’s data requirements.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, product movement, and other key commercial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support business initiatives.
• Assist in developing and improving data collection tools, reporting systems, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Management, or Data Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
• Proficient in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work at the satellite office in North EDSA.
