Data Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Participating in activities across the data lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from various data sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy.
• Create and optimize data models and databases to support reporting and analytics needs, ensuring efficient querying and performance.
• Communicating and presenting data findings to stakeholders using a variety of formats and visualization tools.
• Helping the IT team with reporting and analysis including work resolving and prioritizing ad hoc tickets
• Working collaboratively with data engineers, and business analysts in an agile environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst preferred.
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• A drive to learn and master modern technologies and techniques.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity.

Preferred but not essential qualifications:

• Enthusiasm and drive to build world class analytics function in a small but committed environment
• Hands-on experience of data engineering and any ETL or ELT technologies
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
