Data Analyst Via East Midlands are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Business Transformation team based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

What you'll do:

• Create and maintain automated performance reports to support business decisions.
• Analyse complex data and produce technical reports.
• Monitor data quality and resolve issues to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain effective data management processes.
• Share data management best practice and analytics knowledge across the business.
• Work with stakeholders to understand and meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-led recommendations.

What we're seeking:

• Experience using business analytics tools, ideally including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Able to communicate complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using a variety of IT systems and software.
• Strong written, verbal, and report-writing skills.
