About the role

The Data Analyst turns sales, inventory and advertising data into clear numbers and forecasts that drive daily decisions.

Duties

Build and maintain daily and weekly dashboards for sales, stock, advertising and returns across all sales channels.

Clean, join and reconcile marketplace, carrier and accounting reports into one trusted dataset.

Forecast product-level demand and recommend replenishment quantities.

Analyse pricing, advertising spend and returns; report what to scale, fix or stop.

Automate recurring reports with spreadsheets, SQL and Python.

Requirements

The required skills are: Advanced Excel, SQL, Python or R for data analysis, Dashboard building, Basic statistics.

The experience required is 2 to 5 years.

The education required is Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Commerce; data science certification preferred.

Pay, hours and benefits

The salary is Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full-time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
