About the Role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is exceptionally strong with numbers and data and can turn complex datasets into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to lead a team, manage projects, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of impactful analytics projects while growing into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, insights, and business opportunities.
2. Build dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support business decisions.
3. Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
4. Own analytics projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and delivery.
5. Define and track key business KPIs and performance metrics.
6. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of data and analytical outputs.
9. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical processes.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
2. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
4. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
5. Strong understanding of data analysis, KPIs, and business metrics.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Experience in team handling and project management.
8. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Good to Have: Python, statistical analysis, AI/ML, BFSI/FinTech or enterprise analytics experience
