Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Lahore. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business functions to generate actionable insights for decision-making. The role includes building and maintaining dashboards and reports, supporting performance tracking, and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, translate business questions into analytical approaches, and communicate findings in a clear and structured way. The role also involves contributing to data modeling efforts, improving data quality, and supporting continuous optimization of processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to apply appropriate methods, perform hypothesis testing, and validate results.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, structure, and optimize data models that support reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets in a commercial or technology-focused environment, ideally in consumer electronics or telecom, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
