Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn data into meaningful insights that help drive better business decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop reports and visualizations that support strategic and operational initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and not afraid to question the status quo—someone who can look beyond the numbers and help the business understand what the data is telling us and what we should do next.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies, anomalies, and potential data issues.
• Interpret data based on available information, business context, and reasonable assumptions to generate actionable insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business problems through data analysis.
• Translate business requirements into data requirements, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant, data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using available tools and platforms to support reliable and efficient data workflows.
• Create clear and meaningful reports and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Investigate problems, determine root causes, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
• Challenge existing processes and assumptions by asking the right questions and questioning the status quo.
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed with a high level of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Continuously look for ways to improve data processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization or BI tools.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data transformation processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge assumptions and recommend better ways of doing things.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
