About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making. The successful candidate will work with different teams to identify trends, generate insights, and improve business performance through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
• Track and analyze key business and operational performance indicators.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Work with teams to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Automate and improve recurring reports and data processes where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, reports, and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and database querying is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the travel, aviation, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage.
