Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to support performance monitoring and KPI tracking.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to investigate behavioral trends and performance changes.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-relevant insights for stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned analytical areas, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Work in a fast-paced operational environment, supporting multiple business units.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking to interpret complex data and link insights to business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
