Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The successful candidate will prepare reports, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze sales, operations, inventory, marketing, and other business data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and data records.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for Management and different departments.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist departments in analyzing their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related position is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
