Job Summary

Spark Techwave InnovationZ Pvt Ltd is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, data analysis, data visualization, and Power BI. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Clean, transform, and validate datasets to ensure data accuracy.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create data visualizations and present findings in a clear and meaningful manner.
• Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and business calculations.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues through data analysis.
• Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Business Analytics
• Data Science
• Engineering
• Business Administration
• Or a related field.

Experience

1–5 years of relevant experience in:

• Data Analytics
• Business Intelligence
• Reporting
• MIS
• Business Analytics
• Data Analysis

Freshers with strong practical skills and relevant projects may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have hands-on experience with:

Excel + SQL + Power BI + Data Visualization + Business Analysis

and can demonstrate practical projects involving data cleaning, analysis, dashboards, and business insights.
