DATA ANALYST

Turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, operational visibility, and continuous business improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, transform, and combine data from multiple systems using SQL.
• Build and maintain reliable datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Analyse trends, patterns, performance, and business drivers.
• Develop operational and management dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity.
• Translate complex data into clear, meaningful business insights.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and management reports.
• Provide insights into performance, volumes, quality, customer experience (CX), revenue, SLA, productivity, and other key business metrics.
• Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and key performance drivers.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations to management.
• Support operational teams with data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, relevant, and delivered within agreed timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query proficiency.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:
• Data Analytics
• Data Science
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Statistics
• Business Intelligence
• Business Analytics
• or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SQL, Power BI, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence will be advantageous.
• Practical industry experience may be considered where formal qualifications are not available.

ADVANTAGEOUS COMPETENCIES

• Experience within BPO, telecommunications, financial services, or similar data-driven environments.
• Experience with DAX, Power Automate, APIs, or ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms, or advanced analytics.
• Experience establishing, improving, or supporting a data and Business Intelligence capability.
• Understanding of operational performance metrics, SLA management, and workforce or customer analytics.
