We’re looking for an Associate – Data Analyst who enjoys working with numbers, asking the right questions, and turning raw data into meaningful business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key business metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into analytical requirements.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that enable better business decisions.
• Work closely with teams to define metrics, improve reporting, and build a strong data-driven decision-making culture.
• Develop a strong understanding of business context behind the numbers rather than looking at data in isolation.
• Continuously question assumptions, identify gaps, and approach problems with a first-principles mindset .

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python this is a must-have .
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure and Amazon is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and large datasets.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings in a simple and easy-to-understand manner .
• Curiosity to go beyond “what happened?” and explore “why did it happen?” and “what should we do next?”

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field .
• Strong academic track record demonstrating quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• Exposure to business metrics, e-commerce, D2C, consumer businesses, or similar environments is a plus.
