About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret data, and the capability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Freshers with good project or internship experience in data analytics or business analysis are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into analytical solutions.
• Perform data modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Create detailed documentation including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), workflows, and process maps.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support product, operations, and strategy teams with relevant data insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data querying techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, data cleaning, and data interpretation.
• Ability to present analytical insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Basic understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with advanced analytics (predictive modeling, clustering, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, or business forecasting.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
• Internship or certification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Understanding of domain-specific analytics (finance, marketing, operations, etc.).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Relevant project or internship experience is a plus.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
