Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data related to SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.
• Support invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation activities.
• Work with SAP data related to purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor invoices, and payments.
• Identify discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and vendor records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Monitor invoice status, payment delays, and outstanding AP items.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow established finance and compliance procedures.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, finance operations, or accounts payable.
• Basic knowledge of SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of purchase orders (POs), goods receipts (GRs), and invoice matching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data filtering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
