Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Analytics Consultant with 4-7 years of experience
in Power BI reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dashboard
development, data modeling, DAX, and reporting, along with FMCG/CPG domain knowledge in
Pricing, Distribution, and P&L Analytics. The candidate should be able to independently gather
requirements, develop reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and calculations.
• Perform data transformation using Power Query.
• Manage report publishing, refresh schedules, and datasets in Power BI Service.
• Analyze pricing, distribution, sales performance, and profitability metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development.
• Knowledge of Import, DirectQuery, Live Connection, and Composite Models.
• Understanding Power Query, DAX, Star & Snowflake Schema, Measures vs Calculated Columns,
  Incremental & Scheduled Refresh.
• Experience with SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, APIs, or Google
  BigQuery.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG/CPG reporting, Pricing Analytics, Distribution Analytics, and P&L
  Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities in Power BI.
• Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms.

Excel Skills (Mandatory)

• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions
• Basic Reporting & Analytical Formulas, Conditional Formulas
