DATA & ANALYTICS RESPONSIBILITIES·
Build and maintain BI dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio.· Define and standardize business KPIs and reporting metrics.· Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks across source systems and reporting layers.· Use SQL/Teradata to investigate data issues and answer business questions.· Analyze revenue, spend, customer, product and operational data to identify trends and exceptions.· Create executive reporting that converts complex data into concise business insights.· Partner with data/engineering teams on source data availability, transformations, and reporting requirements.· Improve dashboard usability and maintainability through reusable controls, filters, and standardized reporting structures.
