digital channel expertise and advanced data analytics skills to collect, organize, and
analyze data to support our marketing and operational planning; Prepare reliable
datasets; Develop and maintain recurring performance data reports for leadership and
cross-functional teams; Build dashboards and visual summaries that track key business
indicators; Identify trends, gaps, and performance changes; Support marketing analysis
regarding campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel results; and, support
operations analysis regarding service volume, efficiency, turnaround times, and
resource use. Engage in advanced Data Analytics & Programming using: Python for
advanced data analytics, automation, and custom data pipeline development; R Studio
for statistical analysis and hypothesis testing; and, Snowflake, AWS for cloud-based
data warehousing and complex SQL querying. Build out Machine Learning & Predictive
Analytics, including: Building and deploying machine learning models and predictive
analytics frameworks for forecasting sales, lead generation, and job volume; and,
statistical modeling and multivariate analysis to guide business strategy. Use Digital
Marketing Platforms & Optimization, including: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for web
analytics, attribution modeling, and audience analysis; Google Ads (AdWords) for paid
search campaign architecture and bid optimization; Meta (Facebook) Business Manager
for paid social campaign management and optimization; Search Engine Optimization
(SEO) strategy and technical implementation; Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
and AI-powered search engine optimization — an emerging and highly specialized
discipline. Drive Business Intelligence & Data Visualization, including: Power BI for
building interactive dashboards and executive reporting; and, Tableau for advanced
data visualization and cross functional reporting. Use AI Tools & Large Language
Models, including: Large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) for
accelerated code development, debugging, and rapid prototyping of data models; AI-
driven quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for data validation, anomaly
detection, and reporting pipeline accuracy; AI-assisted content optimization and natural
language processing (NLP) for search intent analysis and content strategy; and, Prompt

engineering for fine-tuning AI outputs across lead scoring, customer segmentation, and
automated insight generation. Minimum educational requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or
foreign equivalent in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or
directly related field, higher acceptable. Minimum experience requirements: 18 months,
including Marketing Analytics, Marketing Strategy, Data Analysis, Data Visualization,
Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Search Engine
Optimization strategy and implementation, Power BI.
