The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data preparation, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including data extraction, transformation, table joins, and analytical queries .
• Experience with at least one business intelligence (BI) or data visualization tool, such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data structures, fundamental analytical techniques, and large-scale dataset interpretatio n.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and interpret ambiguous datasets to uncover business opportunities.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Google Vertex, Python, R, or cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is an advantage.
• Experience with subscription management or billing platforms such as Zuora, Piano, SAP, BillingPlatform, or Stripe is preferred.
• Background in media, telecommunications, e-commerce, subscription services, or financial services is beneficial but not required.

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze large transactional datasets across data platforms such as BigQuery, Spark, or Redshift to support business intelligence and strategic decisions.
• Clean, organize, and transform complex datasets to prepare accurate and structured information for analysis and reports.
• Maintain data quality, validate information accuracy, and ensure consistency across dashboards and analytical reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that explain customer behavior, digital product performance, and business trends.
• Conduct customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and customer profiling to support data-informed business strategies.
• Support initiatives that improve customer engagement, subscription retention, and digital product performance.
• Integrate new performance metrics and data sources into established analytical frameworks to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Promote the adoption and practical application of analytical insights across internal teams.
• Contribute to measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and digital product performance.
• Deliver analytical tasks, business reports, and data updates accurately and within established deadlines.
