Data Analyst

Job Purpose

To collect, analyze, and interpret data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support business decisions and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Use Python for data analysis and automation.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.
• Prepare and submit reports within specified timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical methods.

Experience and Technical Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of data cleaning, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered.
