Data Analyst

Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Spirits Company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data, tracking business performance, preparing MIS reports, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze sales and business data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, product-wise sales, and territory-wise performance.
• Analyze distributor, retailer, and market-level data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Track sales targets versus actual achievements and highlight performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Use SQL to extract, filter, and analyze data from databases, where applicable.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and management teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support management decisions.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and DAX fundamentals.
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
