Data Analyst

An employer is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to analyze financial and operational data, providing actionable insights to drive business performance, optimize service delivery, and support strategic decision-making.

This employer specializes in fire protection and security solutions, focusing on the lifetime value of projects, including design, supply, installation, testing, and maintenance of various sprinkler, gas suppression, fire detection, and integrated security systems.

• Prepare and analyze financial performance reports against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics, including service delivery efficiency, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and track KPIs through dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or business analysis, ideally within a service organization.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced business decisions and experience with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
