The Role

• Translate research questions into practical analyses.
• Apply AI to improve workflows and generate insights.
• Evaluate datasets and build repeatable analytical tools.
• Communicate findings, limitations and risks to stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, 3-5+ years in data science, alternative data, investment research, healthcare analytics or a related analytical role.
• Ideal candidates bring strong Python and SQL skills, comfort with AI tools, and experience assessing complex datasets.
• Investment curiosity, independent judgment and strong stakeholder communication are valued.

What's On Offer

• Full-time employment with base salary of USD 90,000 - 180,000.
• Boston preferred; New York selectively considered. Work 4 days in the office with flexibility for 1 remote day weekly.
• Discretionary bonus and/or incentives, if eligible.
