Job Position: Data Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance insightful reports and dashboards aligned to stakeholder requirements.
• Transform complex data into user-friendly, actionable insights.
• Support business decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.
• Deliver data visualisation solutions that improve visibility and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training and knowledge transfer on reporting solutions.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach when engaging with business users.
• Contribute effectively within a team while managing individual deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• 1-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of numerical aptitude.
• Experience with:
• SQL
• Python
• SAS
• Cloud platforms (AWS experience highly advantageous)
• Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to analyse, model, and interpret large datasets.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex IT environments.
• Understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
• Strong investigative and research capabilities.
• Exposure to project management methodologies.
• Experience within retail systems and ERP environments is advantageous.
