Data Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Project Support Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for business reporting, operational support, and process optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyse business data and create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Manage and track customer and stakeholder requests through dedicated internal systems.
• Perform data validation, compliance checks, and documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Maintain pricing data, reporting datasets, and operational records using Excel and internal platforms.
• Prepare recurring analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting packs for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and business insights to stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of operational and business performance.
• Work with SQL databases to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
• Support the automation of reporting and operational processes using Python, Power Automate, Graph API, or similar technologies.
• Identify trends, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with business teams to enhance reporting capabilities and drive operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with business data, reporting, and operational processes
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve existing workflows
