We're looking for a Data Analyst to help drive informed decision-making across a growing organisation in Belgium.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations. You'll play a key role in identifying trends, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources
• Developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business decisions
• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting processes
• Supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
• Good understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices
• Experience working with Excel and analytical tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Exposure to data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
