Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics;
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and reporting;
• Hands-on experience with SAS Enterprise Guide;
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and Data Lake environments;
• Experience in customer segmentation and campaign analysis;
• Solid understanding of key business and marketing metrics, including conversion, retention, churn, lift, and ROI;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach.
