Required

• Experience in sales operations and customer usage reporting, including preparation, validation, and delivery of reports.
• Proven analytical skills to review large datasets, identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within timelines and quality standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, GCP, or BigQuery.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferences

• Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.
• Ability to document operational processes, maintain procedures, track request volumes, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
