Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• KPI Monitoring: Assist the Regional Manager in establishing and maintaining regional operational KPI dashboards. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly transportation performance across countries, including operational efficiency, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
• 1Data Analysis: Consolidate operational data from different countries and conduct comparative analysis, including month-on-month, year-on-year, and country-to-country comparisons. Identify performance deviations, trends, and anomalies.
• Anomaly Management: Maintain an incident register covering transportation delays, cargo loss or damage, safety incidents, and other operational issues. Classify incidents, investigate root causes, support the development of corrective and preventive actions, and follow up until resolution.
• Operational Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, analytical summaries, meeting minutes, and other operational documents to support management decision-making.
• Coordination and Follow-up: Work closely with the Regional Manager and country operation teams to monitor performance, communicate findings, and ensure agreed actions are implemented.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple operational improvement activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong data processing, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and data visualization.
• Good understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working with regional managers and country operation teams.
• Strong report-writing skills, including operational analysis reports, meeting minutes, and work summaries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
