DATA ANALYST

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Data Analyst with strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, business reporting, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating and interpreting business data, developing reliable reports and dashboards, and providing valuable insights to support operational planning and informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor business operations.
• Examine large datasets to identify trends, recurring patterns, performance issues, and areas for operational improvement.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into business performance.
• Review and verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various platforms and information sources.
• Produce customized reports and conduct ad hoc analyses in response to changing business needs.
• Extract, organize, consolidate, and analyze information from Salesforce CRM and other business applications.
• Monitor and assess sales results, call center performance metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with different departments to improve reporting procedures, strengthen data management practices, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to support management decisions and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, or a comparable position.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly in data extraction, report generation, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Zoom Dialer or similar call center dialer systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and identify meaningful business insights.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and present reports clearly to stakeholders.
