Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, preparing reports, identifying trends, and presenting meaningful insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Work with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
• Analyze business performance, sales data, revenue, and operational reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in datasets.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, reporting, and visualization.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
