Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and analyse business and operational data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.

• Create Excel reports, dashboards, and summaries.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.

• Support management with data-driven insights and reports.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage data and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in data analysis or MIS reporting is preferred.
