DATA ANALYST

Location : Quang Trung SoftwareCity, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Time : Monday - Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities

1 Dialer System Management

• Set up, configure, and maintain dialer systems (Predictive/Preview/Progressive Dialer).
• Manage customer data lists (import/export, allocate by campaigns).
• Ensure contact rate, compliance with regulations and company policies (Do Not Call list, telecom/financial regulations if applicable).

2 Call Center Operations Support

• Coordinate with Team Leaders to allocate data and adjust campaigns.
• Develop daily campaign schedules for telesales teams — from strategic planning to execution.
• Monitor real-time performance (SL, AHT, Occupancy, Abandon rate, etc.).
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT when necessary.

3 Data Allocation Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement data allocation strategies to optimize agent performance and campaign efficiency.
• Segment, prioritize, and distribute data lists based on historical results and conversion potential.
• Track and evaluate outcomes of allocation strategies, recommending improvements where necessary.

4 Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dialer performance reports.
• Analyze contact trends and propose initiatives to improve contact rate and agent productivity.

5 Compliance & Quality

• Ensure dialer operations follow processes and legal compliance.
• Conduct regular checks to avoid data duplication or discrepancies.

Desired Skills:

• At least 1 years’ experience in Data Analyst
• Technical Skills:

✓ SQL: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY

✓ Excel: Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query

✓ Power BI for dashboards and reporting• Have sense to detect, regcognize non-compiance behavior and logic-mind.

• Ability to communicate and inspire employees.
• Candidate with Scheduling skill will be preferred.
