What they need
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C/1099)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop predictive analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Improve business processes through statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
- Strong SQL programming skills.
- Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, ArcGIS, and AQT.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data engineering, data warehouses/lakes, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience with Excel, Access, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
