Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze business data, prepare reports, track sales performance, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables
• Assign and track leads among sales team members
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, pending leads, and missed opportunities
• Track person-wise calling performance, lead status, and conversion reports
• Regularly follow up with the sales team to ensure timely action on assigned leads
• Prepare daily sales activity reports and performance trackers
• Ensure no leads or customer follow-ups are missed
• Good communication, coordination, and monitoring skills
