Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, and network services.

* Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, and security.

* Administer and manage Microsoft SharePoint Online, including sites, libraries, permissions, and document management.

* Develop and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.

* Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data security and backup reliability.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation and IT policies.

* Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement and automation of business processes.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role.

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration.

* Practical knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps.

* Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, and security fundamentals.

* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: E£1.00 - E£2.00 per month
