Data Analyst

The Role

• Manage and optimize HR reporting and personnel controlling processes within a large-scale industrial organization.

• Lead the development of standardized HR metrics, ESG reporting, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to execute personnel planning and complex HR-related projects.

• Ensure high data quality through regular system audits and the creation of automated dashboards and analytical reports.

• Provide expert guidance and support to management and internal stakeholders regarding HR data and workforce analytics.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Controlling, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in personnel controlling, with strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Advanced technical skills, specifically in SAP HCM, BI systems, and MS Office.

• A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and system development.
