  • Apply quantitative analysis, statistical techniques, and trend analysis to uncover patterns, identify drivers, and generate output that support business decisions
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to apply predictive and advanced analytics, including scenario modelling and basic data exploration using SQL, and contribute to the development and testing of these use cases while building capability in this area
  • Support the development of insights and analysis that explain trends, drivers, and performance, moving beyond basic BI reporting, visualization and defect management
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to apply predictive or advanced analytics, and support the team in testing and developing these use cases
  • Monitor and highlight data quality issues or gaps in reporting, and work with the Data & Analytics team to improve data reliability
  • Stay up to date with Data & Analytics tools (including Power BI) and apply new features to improve reports and insights
  • Support the business by helping users understand and use dashboards and insights confidently
  • Work closely with SMEs and technical teams to resolve issues, refine requirements, and ensure outputs meet business needs
